TPO Issues Accurate and up to date Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s) are essential, especially if they are challenged. We can offer a review of existing TPO’s in line with current legislation leaving tree officers free to concentrate on other tasks. This also removes the need for authorities to employ full time staff in this position, instead, TPO’s can be reviewed peace meal over a longer period, thus allowing for budget restrictions. See also Conservation Areas. We have successfully undertaken TPO appeals on behalf of clients if you have a case which you require advise on please contact us to discuss the options. We can apply for works under Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or Conservation area orders (CA) , we can advise of the correct wording and submission along with organising the works for you under tender if required. Planning AppealsWe have been successfully involved in public planning appeals, we can represent our clients from the arboricultural perspective providing professional advise and documentation and attendance if required. Expert Witness We have successfully represented clients in court, though often reaching out of court settlements so avoiding court and barrister costs. Cases involving, though not limited to, boundary hedges, damage to car, wall damage............ Post Damage ReportsIn the event that things have gone wrong, we can prepare an assessment of damage including likely impact upon tree health / safety and risk, remedial action required and post damage monitoring requirements and compensation advise and valuation.
